**About the role**

As AUTODOC continues to accelerate its growth across 27 European countries and transition into a comprehensive tech ecosystem, understanding our rapidly evolving marketplace is critical to our success. The automotive aftermarket is experiencing significant structural shifts, driven by technological advancements and shifting consumer behaviours. To ensure our executive leadership team and business units move forward with clarity and data-driven confidence, we need to formalise and scale our external intelligence agenda. You will also manage our external vendor ecosystems and build a modern intelligence tool stack, leveraging automated monitoring platforms and AI-augmented research methodologies to keep our leadership team informed on a regular cadence.

You will be working towards positioning AUTODOC ahead of market trends, transforming market and competitive signals into concrete business advantages. This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity because you will be the ultimate architect of how AUTODOC interprets its external environment.

– **Synthesize Strategic Insights:** Integrate market and competitive intelligence into a single, unified truth. You will connect macro dynamics and micro signals into coherent assessments that directly guide the Strategy and Leadership teams.
– **Deliver Strategic Deep Dives:** Directly support critical business decisions with targeted, deep-dive intelligence projects on selected markets, emerging shifts, or strategic topics.
– **Manage the Tool Stack**: Select, implement, and manage our end-to-end intelligence tool infrastructure, including data subscriptions, automated monitoring networks, and vendor relationships.
– **Strategic Engagements:** support the Strategy team and the Executive Leadership Team in strategic projects and high-priority business questions.
