Responsabilidades:

• Colaborar com as áreas de Compras, Planeamento de Fornecimento, Produção, Logística, Finanças e Comercial;

• Preparar informação para a gestão de topo sobre riscos, medidas de mitigação e desempenho dos programas;

• Apoiar atividades de gestão de crise durante interrupções significativas no abastecimento;

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura em Gestão da Cadeia de Abastecimento, Gestão, Engenharia, Operações ou área relacionada;
• Experiência profissional mínima de sete anos em planeamento da cadeia de abastecimento, gestão de fornecedores, compras, operações ou gestão estratégica de programas;
• Experiência em eletrónica automóvel, semicondutores, sistemas de distribuição elétrica, arquitetura de veículos ou outros produtos tecnológicos do setor automóvel;
• Experiência em ambientes globais de produção;
• Experiência comprovada na liderança de projetos transversais de grande dimensão;
• Conhecimentos sólidos de gestão de riscos na cadeia de abastecimento;
• Experiência em planeamento de continuidade do negócio e estratégias de resiliência de fornecedores;
• Capacidade para influenciar líderes séniores e promover o alinhamento entre diferentes funções e regiões;
• Forte capacidade analítica, pensamento estratégico e resolução de problemas;

The Networking Specialist team in the Service Provider team of EMEA is a very dynamic team leading innovative technologies in Cisco, in close cooperation with other Specialist teams and business units also working closely with the account teams.

**Your Impact**

As an Account Executive Specialist, you sell Networking technologies to Service Provider for their own use. You will facilitate the success of Cisco account teams in selling specific Networking products and technologies related to your area of expertise with measurable sales objectives. You’re a valued member of the Networking Specialist team.

You will develop a business plan to meet and exceed the assigned quota. As a successful Cisco Account Executive, you will develop sales strategies and proposals, deliver customer presentations, and close the business. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Build and implement new growth strategies with internal and external customers/account teams, channel partners, and business units.
– You will be responsible for delivering on growth and pipeline targets.
– Identify new Networking sales prospects together with field and partner account teams.
– Pursue and win major, strategic, high-touch, and complex opportunities.
– Use Networking as a competitive differentiator to grow Cisco’s market share!
– Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and value proposition and be able to present and demo to customers and prospects through outcomes-based selling and use cases – at the Line of Business, Security, IT management, and Executive level.
– Facilitate and consult on Proof of Value (POV) deployments co-delivered with the assigned Engineering teams and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to secure the purchase order.
– Partner with various team members to demonstrate the full extent of Cisco resources to scale and overcome competitive pressures and tactics.
– Accurately forecast and report on pipeline status for the territory.
– Facilitate case studies and references from flagship wins and cultivate key customer relationships to provide the ‘customer voice’ to the BE for platform innovation.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

– 5+ years of sales experience selling networking solutions to enterprise, public sector, SP, and/or commercial accounts.
– 5+ years of proven success selling end-to-end solutions to IT organizations.
– Solid success and a consistent track record of quota attainment.
– Understanding sales tools, analytics, reporting, and a digital approach are essential for success.
– Understanding complex sales cycles with a strong ability to accelerate sales.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Technical selling skills in (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki, and other general networking technologies.)
– Ability to develop and execute account plans and data-driven strategies.

## Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to support the digitalization efforts within our Quality Management department. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital solutions for two existing products that transform our quality/product compliance processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and ensure the highest standards of product excellence and compliance.

You will act as the crucial link between our stakeholders, technical development teams, and the broader business, translating complex quality needs into actionable product backlog items. Your vision will directly impact our ability to leverage data more effectively, automate critical tasks, and foster a proactive quality culture.

**Vision & Strategy:**

– Translate high-level strategic objectives & customer requirements into tangible, user-centric product features and epics.

**Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering:**

– Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g., Quality Engineers, Product Compliance Officers, Managers, Auditors, Production Teams), gathering and deeply understanding their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
– Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other discovery sessions to elicit detailed requirements.
– Champion the voice of the customer (internal QM users) throughout the development lifecycle.​​​​​

**Backlog Management & Prioritization:**

– Create, maintain, and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog of user stories, features, and epics, ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategic priorities.
– Employ various prioritization techniques to maximize value delivery and manage trade-offs effectively.
– Ensure that user stories are clearly defined, well-understood, and ready for development.

**Collaboration & Communication:**

– Work closely with the development team(s) (Scrum Master, Engineers, Data Scientists) to explain requirements, answer questions, and ensure a shared understanding of the product.
– Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
– Communicate project progress, roadblocks, and achievements regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
– Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the cross-functional team.

**Product Delivery & Evaluation:**

– Participate actively in all agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
– Accept or reject completed user stories based on defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the delivered solutions, gathering user feedback, and iterating on the product based on usage and results.
– Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards in all digital solutions.

**Domain Expertise:**

– Develop a deep understanding of current and future QM/PC processes & data flows, handled in your products

## Qualifications

– Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in an agile environment.
– 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically within a digitalization or software development context or in automotive context.
– Experience working within Quality Management (QM) or product compliance (preferable)
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
– Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
– Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering value.
– Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile project management software.
