Randstad is looking for dedicated Customer Support Agents to join a team supporting a leading insurance company. If you enjoy helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this opportunity could be a good fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products;
- Assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries and policy cancellations;
- Support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels;
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Profile required:
- Fluent Dutch, C2 level, native or near-native proficiency;
- English, B2 level, for internal communication;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Friendly, professional and solution-oriented approach;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Previous experience in customer service, valued.
Benefits:
- 6-month renewable contract, with possibility of extension;
- Base salary of €1,100/month;
- Complexity bonus of €100/month;
- Performance bonus of €100/month;
- Meal allowance of €7.63/day;
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, including bank holidays;
- Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM;
- Weekends off.
