A specialized virtual operations team is recruiting fluent Dutch speakers to support a prominent global pioneer in digital payment architecture.

This position offers complete work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to work from any residential address within Portugal, including continental Portugal or the islands.

As a Digital Financial Solutions Specialist, you will provide expert consultations and high-touch support within the digital finance ecosystem, acting as a dedicated brand ambassador for a leading financial technology corporation.

Core responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, high-quality support to users via telephone, email and real-time chat platforms;
  • Manage complex and sensitive inquiries related to user profile security, transaction infrastructure and billing histories;
  • Guide users through the global payment gateway and mobile applications with clear and authoritative instructions;
  • Handle sensitive financial cases, including payment reversals, invoicing discrepancies and fraud mitigation, with discretion and precision;
  • Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions;
  • Route critical financial files to the appropriate specialized internal departments;
  • Stay informed about system updates and international banking protocols through regular team syncs.

Candidate requirements:

  • Native or near-native Dutch, minimum C1 level;
  • Professional business English, minimum B2 level, for internal communication;
  • Current residency in Portugal or firm commitment to relocate independently;
  • Valid legal authorization to work within the European Union;
  • Strong organizational skills and accountability in a remote working environment;
  • Logical mindset and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly, verbally and in writing;
  • Advanced comfort using financial technology software, account dashboards and digital platforms.
