Technical Support Agent – German & English | Lisbon, Oriente

In this project, you can help users of one of the world’s largest search engines.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via phone, email, chat or social messaging channels, as assigned;
• Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on private channels, such as phone, email, chat and messaging, as well as public channels, including social media, forums and ecommerce reviews;
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations;
• Escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented;
• Respond to inbound customer requests;
• Document relevant case information.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written;
• Previous working experience in a call center, preferred;
• High school diploma or higher education degree;
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, preferred.

Benefits:

• Base salary of 1.100€ per month;
• Performance bonus up to 120€ per month;
• Complexity bonus of 135€ per month;
• Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day;
• Health insurance;
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 20h00, rotational;
• Weekend schedule from Saturday to Sunday, between 08h00 and 17h00;
• 2 days off per week, rotational;
• Location: Lisbon, Oriente.
