In this project, you can help users of one of the world’s largest search engines.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via phone, email, chat or social messaging channels, as assigned;
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on private channels, such as phone, email, chat and messaging, as well as public channels, including social media, forums and ecommerce reviews;
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations;
- Escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented;
- Respond to inbound customer requests;
- Document relevant case information.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written;
- Previous working experience in a call center, preferred;
- High school diploma or higher education degree;
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, preferred.
Benefits:
- Base salary of 1.100€ per month;
- Performance bonus up to 120€ per month;
- Complexity bonus of 135€ per month;
- Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day;
- Health insurance;
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 20h00, rotational;
- Weekend schedule from Saturday to Sunday, between 08h00 and 17h00;
- 2 days off per week, rotational;
- Location: Lisbon, Oriente.
