As a Customer Service Representative – Swedish Market, you will be a key point of contact for users, helping them access the information or services they need while delivering clear, professional and solution-oriented communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-contact resolution to customer queries and ensure structured follow-up;
- Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication;
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, responding in a courteous, friendly and professional manner;
- Meet and exceed customer service quality standards, compliance regulations and productivity targets;
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience that reflects company values;
- Follow management guidelines and actively contribute with feedback;
- Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions;
- Verify and update necessary information to ensure smooth service delivery;
- Act as a liaison between users and internal teams.
Profile:
- Fluent Swedish, native or C2 level, mandatory;
- Advanced level of English, minimum C1, written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective phone interaction;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
- Customer-oriented, empathetic and proactive attitude;
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment;
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal, mandatory;
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, for an on-site role.
