As a Customer Service Representative – Swedish Market, you will be a key point of contact for users, helping them access the information or services they need while delivering clear, professional and solution-oriented communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide first-contact resolution to customer queries and ensure structured follow-up;
  • Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication;
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, responding in a courteous, friendly and professional manner;
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality standards, compliance regulations and productivity targets;
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience that reflects company values;
  • Follow management guidelines and actively contribute with feedback;
  • Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions;
  • Verify and update necessary information to ensure smooth service delivery;
  • Act as a liaison between users and internal teams.

Profile:

  • Fluent Swedish, native or C2 level, mandatory;
  • Advanced level of English, minimum C1, written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective phone interaction;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic and proactive attitude;
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment;
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal, mandatory;
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, for an on-site role.
