Your Role
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be on the front line of the customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer communication: Responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
- Problem solving: Assisting customers with orders, technical issues, and general questions.
- Customer experience: Providing friendly, efficient, and professional support in every interaction.
- System navigation: Using tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bilingual fluency: C1/C2 level in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in BPO, call centre, or SaaS environments.
- Tech skills: Confidence using CRM platforms and online tools.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Your Work-From-Home Setup
- Stable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
- Reliable computer, with Intel i5 or equivalent as a minimum requirement.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
