About the Role

Our Sales team drives customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, the team owns its market segments, solves complex problems, and helps more customers discover the value of Revolut through a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who is people-focused and skilled at identifying prospective mid-market customers.

With detailed knowledge of our full product suite, you will match customers with the best plan for their needs, helping them adopt new features and increase their usage of existing ones.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
  • Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers based on key indicators, such as annual turnover, number of employees, and business activity.
  • Conducting discovery and qualification to assess customer needs and potential during the sign-up process, while providing support and guidance.
  • Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships by sharing relevant insights and identifying cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
  • Helping maintain a strong product feedback loop by sharing customer insights with internal teams.

What You Will Need

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
  • Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally within fintech.
  • Basic knowledge of local competitors.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage multiple senior decision-makers, ideally including C-suite contacts such as CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and Finance leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and match them to the needs of large customers.
  • The ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Support.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in other languages.
  • Experience selling financial products and features.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
