As a Team Leader for the DSN Contrôle Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of development initiatives. You will provide technical leadership, guide architectural and development decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
This is a hands-on role, requiring strong technical expertise, close collaboration with the development team, and the ability to mentor engineers while actively contributing to the codebase.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team by promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, while aligning technical work with business goals;
- Define and support the technical direction of the team, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring software solutions are scalable, maintainable and efficiently integrated into the existing application ecosystem;
- Actively contribute to the development of .NET applications by writing well-designed, scalable and testable code;
- Review existing implementations and support the team on complex technical challenges;
- Analyze existing code to understand performance impact, identify improvement opportunities and propose effective technical solutions;
- Review, debug and troubleshoot .NET applications, ensuring issues and defects are addressed efficiently and quality standards are consistently met;
- Support the planning, execution and delivery of development projects;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in France to align technical implementation with business needs and timelines;
- Guide and mentor developers, promoting development best practices and a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence;
- Ensure the team uses established development tools, guidelines, conventions and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
