About the Business Development team:

The Business Development team is on the front line for VALD. As part of a global team, you will attend conferences and perform product demonstrations, both in person and via teleconference, in clinical, performance and tactical settings.

You will set up and oversee product trials, nurture new leads and look for new opportunities for VALD.

With an education-based approach to sales, the Business Development Manager must have strong knowledge of VALD’s systems and use industry expertise to demonstrate how clients can get the most value from the solutions.

Profile required:

  • Previous experience working in a clinical or allied health setting, such as physiotherapist, physical therapist or similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different channels, including team calls, in-person interaction and sales pipeline reporting;
  • Comfortable targeting new clients;
  • Willing and able to travel for client meetings and to represent VALD at industry conferences and events;
  • Confidence to persuasively demonstrate VALD systems and communicate product and industry knowledge to clients;
  • Self-starter attitude and accountability for reaching sales targets;
  • Desire to work with and nurture existing distributor relationships;
  • Previous experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office 365 products;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
