Bullfinch Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth social gaming business that delivers innovative and scalable products to a global player base.
The company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team and take the lead on growth and acquisition strategy.
Role overview:
This is a foundational role, working with the marketing agency, and is ideal for a senior specialist or manager ready to own a marketing vertical and scale it.
You will have the autonomy to define the digital presence, optimize performance frameworks and establish processes that support future expansion.
This role is suited to a hands-on strategist who thrives on managing the full marketing lifecycle, from initial creative concepts to technical execution and ROI analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the digital marketing roadmap, establishing best practices and scalable workflows for acquisition channels;
- Lead end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, with strong focus on Meta and TikTok;
- Manage technical targeting, creative testing and daily optimizations to support consistent growth;
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and fiscal health;
- Analyze CPA and ROAS across 7-day and 30-day windows to ensure marketing spend converts into sustainable revenue;
- Direct the evolution of visual and messaging assets;
- Identify high-performing creative trends and ensure design output is optimized for conversion;
- Act as the primary point of contact for the marketing agency and affiliate partners;
- Manage integration into major affiliate networks and ensure external partners deliver high-quality traffic;
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities through emerging platforms and innovative targeting techniques;
- Use AI in day-to-day work to enhance and optimize campaigns across the marketing mix;
- Take responsibility for ROAS, paid CPA and organic CPA targets, working alongside the marketing agency.
Experience and requirements:
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok for Business;
- Strong understanding of pixel implementation and attribution modelling;
- Data-first approach to marketing;
- Ability to translate complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership;
- Strong experience managing budgets;
- Proven track record of maintaining efficient acquisition costs while scaling;
- Commercial mindset and focus on measurable growth;
- Ambition to leave a mark on a department and grow alongside the business as marketing capabilities expand.
