Your role
As a Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing customer support in Dutch through different communication channels;
Assisting customers with questions regarding products, services, and general inquiries;
Managing requests and finding effective solutions;
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
What we are looking for
Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2 level or native speaker);
Good command of English;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Customer-oriented mindset;
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
