PepsiCo is looking for a talented Statutory & Tax Senior Accountant to join its Finance team in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support the delivery of statutory financial statements in accordance with Portuguese GAAP, SNC;
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of tax compliance activities, including Corporate Income Tax, IRC, VAT and other local requirements;
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including the quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliation process;
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors and advisors as needed;
- Monitor changes in local accounting and tax regulations;
- Ensure strong controls, documentation and audit readiness;
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in statutory accounting and tax, ideally within a multinational environment;
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards, SNC, and local tax regulations;
- Proven experience supporting Portuguese statutory financial statements;
- Certified Contabilista Certificado, TOC/CC, required.
