We are seeking a talented and motivated Luxury Real Estate Agent to join their dynamic team.

Your mission:

You will be responsible for representing our client’s prestigious clientele in the buying and selling of high-end luxury properties. You will leverage your expertise in the luxury real estate market to provide personalized and exceptional service to their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with luxury real estate trends.

·        Identifying and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients.

·        Showcasing and marketing luxury properties to potential buyers.

·        Negotiating contracts and facilitating smooth transactions.

·        Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

·        Collaborating with our client’s team to maintain their reputation for excellence.

Your Profile:

·        Proven track record as a successful real estate agent, preferably in luxury real estate.

·        Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market in the Algarve, with a deep understanding of prestigious areas such as Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Tavira, etc.

·        Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

·        Self-motivated and results-driven.

·        Valid real estate license in the Algarve.
