THE ROLE

As Head of eCommerce you will be in charge for combines sales, marketing, technology, and management expertise to develop a plan that delivers a superior Gato Preto brand and shopping experience for customers in Portugal, Spain, and France.

Specifically, We Expect You To

· Define a strategic plan to increase sales by developing new products, updating website content, and generating new leads;

· Organize and oversee the company’s online advertising campaigns to generate traffic to the online shop;

· Strengthen the relationships with existing suppliers to ensure steady product flow;

· Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth or threats to the business;

· Manage the marketing budget to ensure that it aligns with the goals of the campaign;

· Define which online channels are most cost-effective for reaching target audiences;

· Define a strategy for website optimization to increase conversion rates and drive up sales;

· Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals;

Requirements & Profile:

· University degree in Degree or master’s in marketing, Business, or Management. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, Automation). 10 years of experience in the retail industry.

· Minimum 10 years of experience of professional experience in similar functions, preferably in the Retail area;

· Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish;

· Proficiency in Sales Force and Marketing Cloud is a plus;

· Data & analytical skills;

· Autonomy, flexibility, and proactivity skills;

· Results-oriented;

· Interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Be a Plus:

Experience in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive insights and support decision-making.
