Job Summary:
We are an agency operating in the textile industry and are seeking na Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
· Greet visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
· Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
· Utilize your tech-savviness to troubleshoot and provide support for Macs and iOS software.
· Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
· Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
· Organize meetings and events, handling logistics and arrangements.
· Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
· Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice management.
· Ensure a clean and organized office space, promoting a positive work environment.
· Assist in maintaining employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
· Assist in coordinating employee benefits and facilitate employee engagement activities.
· Assist in organizing training programs and professional development opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must-have:
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car for occasional errands and office-related tasks.
· Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot common office technology issues.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Nice to have:
· Proven experience working with Macs and proficiency with iOS software.
· Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
