What will be your role

In this role you will integrate a technical team delivering great software that will help our clients to accomplish its business objectives by:

Motivating and developing the people on your team
Working with other team members to achieve great performance
Ensuring that your team’s code meets OutSystems best practices and standards
Focusing on team member’s development through code review and knowledge transfer
Challenging feature requirements if you think there is no value added by them
Participating and contributing to other company-wide initiatives

What should you bring to the team

At least 6 years of proven work experience with the OutSystems platform
Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in Data Modeling and Database Design
Knowledge in .NET, HTML, CSS and javascript is a plus
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or Mathematics are a plus
High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks
OutSystems certifications are a plus (Associate Tech Lead, Mobile Developer Specialist, Architecture Specialist, Security Specialist, Front-end Developer Specialist)
Experience in Agile environments
A focus on the result (and not on the task)
Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way
A keen commitment to your team members
