What will be your role
In this role, you will be responsible for using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. You will work as a facilitator within an Agile environment and be responsible for managing the exchange of information between the team members supporting the following tasks:
Organization of agile processes applied to teams;
Facilitation in Scrum ceremonies;
Unblocking any situation that may impact the sprint;
Release management and alignment;
Propagation of agile practices in all day-to-day actions;
Metrics analysis to help the business in decision-making;
Management and mediation of internal and external product conflicts;
Alignment and management of dependencies with teams ;
Support in the improvement and innovation of internal processes;
Support and knowledge sharing with other Scrum Masters.

What should you bring to the team
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology;
Good knowledge of agile methodologies;
Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks;
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field;
Certified Scrum.org Master;
Team-oriented vision with strong commitment;
Very good organizational skills;
The capacity to listen & influence people and foster change in a collaborative way;
A keen commitment to your clients and your team members;
The passion to do what you love the most, and the perseverance to make your/the teams’ dreams come true;
The courage to question the status quo in a constructive and empathic way;
A focus on the result (and not on the task);
English is mandatory.
