HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
We are currently searching for Interns to join our Corporate Human Resources department, young talent who seeks to work in a fast-paced environment and who wishes to develop new skills. Within Human Resources, we are developing several opportunities, specifically for Talent Management, Recruitment, Young Talent Programmes and People Communications.
Working in a designated team, you will be able to participate in the different ongoing processes which are aligned with our strategic goals as a Group. By doing that, you should acquire a structured vision about the impact of the HR practices on the business.
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Management, HR Management, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Marketing, Communication or similar;
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Proactive and agile;
Curious and fast-learner;
Resilient and flexible;
Hands-on and problem-solver;
Attention to detail;
Ability to manage critical information;
Proficiency in data management (e.g., Excel);
Solid knowledge in other Microsoft tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint);
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
