As a member of the GryphTech Account Team, you will be managing and assisting customers from around the world grow their businesses using our solutions.
By leveraging online tools like Skype, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Phone or e-mail, you will interact with customers with the goal of increasing the adoption of our extensive suite of business solutions to accelerate their business and assist them in achieving success. We want all customers to be raving fans of GryphTech.
Candidates we are seeking should have the following skills:

- Have strong attention to detail
- Proactive and creative thinkers and not shy to take initiative
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under time constraints and the ability to multi-task, dealing with several projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in other languages will be an asset
- Experienced with web sites and web based solutions
- Basic understanding of web technologies
- Capacity to learn new technologies
- Very comfortable with MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Education and Experience:
- Computer Science Degree, Business or Marketing Degree or equivalent;
- 4+ years of working experience in a similar customer facing role.
