As part of the growth of its team, Castro Lighting is recruiting an ambitious, results-driven B2B Sales Representative with strong negotiation skills to join the company’s headquarters.
Role:
Active prospecting of new B2B clients, including architects, designers, developers and companies
Management and development of national and international client portfolios
Presentation and sale of premium lighting and furniture solutions
Negotiation and closing of deals
Client follow-up and achievement of sales targets
Profile:
Strong commercial mindset and focus on results
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in English or French is mandatory
Experience in B2B sales is valued, but not mandatory
Interest in the luxury, design and architecture sectors
Ambition, autonomy and resilience under target-driven pressure
Junior and senior profiles are welcome — performance is the decisive factor.
