With an extensive portfolio of hotels and resorts, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our hotels in the North area .
Job Description:
As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial success across multiple hotels in your region. Your leadership and strategic insights will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Flagworld Group.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic direction and guidance to hotel managers, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance.
· Ensure that each hotel’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality and service standards.
· Regularly assess the performance of each hotel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies and corrective measures.
· Build strong, motivated teams by recruiting, training, and mentoring hotel management professionals.
· Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, addressing any issues or concerns swiftly and effectively.
· Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-effective measures to drive revenue growth and profitability.
· Ensure that all hotels in the region adhere to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
· Liaise with different departments, namely finance and human resources, to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
· Extensive experience in hotel management, including experience as a General Manager, with a proven track record of successful multi-property management.
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional financial acumen and budget management expertise.
· In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to travel as needed to visit and support hotels within the region.
