What will be your mission?
As a Reservations Agent, you will record all details of incoming calls and coordinate each reservation ensuring guest satisfaction.
What will you do?
Encourage upselling and strive to meet the monthly revenue targets;
Stay informed and provide accurate information regarding hotel sales strategies, rates, packages, group bookings, and reservation status;
Process and respond to all reservation requests within 24 hours, in accordance with established guidelines;
Remain up to date with current hotel information, particularly room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, and promotions;
Maximise product and service quality levels, as well as guest satisfaction;
Ensure that all guest satisfaction issues are communicated, monitored, and resolved in a timely manner;
Oversee daily arrivals, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled and expectations are met;
Participate in hotel events, daily briefings, and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred);
Strong commercial skills (experience in reservations management or sales will be valued);
Previous experience in customer service (preferred);
Excellent communication abilities;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken, with the ability to hold a fluent conversation) (mandatory);
Proficiency in computer tools and social media platforms;
Availability to work with performance-based objectives;
Proactive and flexible attitude;
Hybrid position, with offices located in Faro, Algarve;
