What will be your mission?
As a Groups & Events Coordinator (M/F), you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing events at the Hotel, following internal standards and procedures to ensure quality and excellent service, exceeding guest expectations.
What will you do?
Ensure the constant sharing of information, serving as a link between the various departments involved in the execution of events;
Should coordinate and oversee the setup teams before, during, and after the events;
Support the client from the quotation request, through the booking process, to the completion of the event;
What are we looking for?
At least 2-3 years of hotel Front Office and/or Sales/GEM areas experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Fluency in local language is a must and a high level of English is required.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, POS, etc) and Front Office systems.
Knowledge of the principles of revenue management and commercial policies.
Business awareness.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service oriented.
Sales skills and techniques.
Excellent management and organizational skills.
Ability to work on his/her own and as part of a team.
