What will be your mission?
As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating,executing and supervising the work of the Front Office team, schedules, and shifts.
What will you do?
Carry out the daily briefing with the team on your shift;
Prepares work instructions for the functional area, making changes and adaptations as necessary;
Controls the presentation/uniform of the team on your shift;
Ensures the completion of shift changes in the Front-Office, Back-Office and Lobby;
Controls the presentation of the Front-Office, Back-Office, Lobby and Hotel;
Plans, organizes and coordinates the human and material needs of the Front-Office;
Participates in the organization and planning of special orders or events
What are we looking for?
Professional experience in similar roles.
Time flexibility
Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking).
High School Diploma or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred).
Bachelor’s or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred).
Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel’s destination
Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.- Genuine smile
