As suas responsabilidades
Lead and coordinate daily team operations, ensuring efficient workflows, reviewing daily targets and performance, and providing input for planning.
Enforce compliance with company standards (SOPs) and guidelines.
Drive Performance & Talent Management, inspiring, supporting, and developing team members for effective resource utilization and high performance.
Promote and enforce work safety regulations and a strong culture of Health & Safety, minimizing risks and environmental impacts.
Implement 5S practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
As suas habilitações
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Previous experience leading teams on the factory floor is considered an advantage.
Education / qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade) is required;
Bachelor degree, preferably engineering or technical field, is an advantage but not required;
Additional training or certification in Lean or problem-solving methodologies is a plus;
