As suas responsabilidades
– Develop and evolve the organization’s cloud strategy, architecture, and roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cloud vendors.
– Recommend innovative cloud-based solutions and establish target architectures, future visions, and migration plans for cloud technologies, platforms, and supporting infrastructure.
– Build strong relationships with cloud vendors to ensure high availability and alignment with the overarching cloud strategy.
Lead the adoption and implementation of cloud technology roadmaps, providing clear leadership and guidance to technical teams.
– Oversee the operational management and reliability of core cloud infrastructure and digital workplace, driving automation and optimizing processes.
– Educate teams on new cloud technologies and foster continuous improvement through best practices.
– Ensure timely resolution of operational issues, act as a final escalation point for technical expertise, and implement automation to enhance operational efficiency.
– Develop and deploy a cloud governance framework to ensure compliance and effective implementation of cloud solutions.
– Collaborate with the Security GRC team to address risk and security considerations in cloud technologies and monitor governance components to maintain process integrity during changes.
– Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 8-10 direct reports globally to achieve high performance and meet the current and future needs of the business.
– Foster collaboration and teamwork between global and regional IT teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization.
As suas habilitações
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
– Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in working with cloud technologies, developing cloud architecture, strategy and roadmaps
– Strong understanding of common cloud technologies, tools, methodologies and principles.
– Familiarity with cloud service providers, platforms, products and tools in particular Microsoft Azure and AWS
– Experience in cloud vendor evaluation and selection
– Certification as an MS Azure or AWS Solutions Architect and/or other Cloud Security Certifications
– Minimum 5+ years’ experience in managing staff on a global level, including work review, performance reviews and day-to-day coaching
– Fluent English language skills
