We are looking for a Scrum Master to join and help build a Center of Excellence for Agile delivery at a Leading Multinational Fintech Company.

🎯 Your Role

✅ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles

✅ Support Product Owners with backlog management and value delivery

✅ Remove impediments proactively and foster collaboration

✅ Act as an internal coach for Agile maturity and continuous improvement

✅ Work with Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation

💼 What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead, with certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and estimating/planning practices
Agile engineering practices: Automated Testing, CI/CD, TDD
Experience with metrics (Velocity vs Productivity) and Jira/Confluence
Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
