Description
Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s integrated management system, covering Quality (ISO 9001), Health and Safety, Environmental compliance, and Occupational Health. Promote a strong culture of prevention, legal compliance, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System;
Ensure legal compliance in health, safety, and environmental areas;
Coordinate audits, internal training, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Liaise with external entities (auditors, occupational health services, environmental authorities).
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Quality, Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Management, or related fields;
Certified Occupational Safety Technician (Nível VI);
Training in ISO standards auditing (preferably ISO 9001; ISO 14001);
Knowledge of applicable legal requirements in quality, health & safety, and environmental areas;
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Proactive, autonomous, and committed to continuous improvement.
