Junior Lawyer

Core Responsibilities:

Support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing
Work on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters
Assist in other areas within the legal department, ensuring compliance and risk management

Main requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or related areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus)
