As the business continues to expand internationally, the Ergomotion EMEA team is looking to grow and currently hiring a Logistics Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work daily with the logistics department, including transportation and documentation (keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation and customs clearance documents, transport costs, and efficiency).
Warehouse and inventory control, planning and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries; physical yearly audit and documents preparations for authorities. Minimizing handling costs and maximizing storage capacity and accessibility.
Communicated and dealt with third parties and partners regarding logistical services provided to Ergomotion® (shipping, warehousing, courier).
General administrative work (invoicing, office maintenance, the assistance of other team members, and management when needed).
Daily work with SAP program: purchase orders, sales orders, commercial invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists, and other documents.
Work with Cargo Planner loading maps creation system; create loading maps within 1-2 business days to receive confirmed quantity amounts.
Work closely with Accounting: close orders, and provide needed documents, invoices, and other information.
Prefered requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, such as Management or Logistics.
Professional experience in similar functions.
Knowledge and experience with SAP and Cargo Planner.
Fluency in English and Russian with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to demonstrate strong multi-tasking, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-start, work effectively independently and as part of a team, pay attention to detail, and complete tasks under pressure.
Considered a plus:
Communicate in Spanish.
