Senior Performance and Insights Lead

What are your main responsibilities?

Design KPIs and metrics management systems for Medicare Senior Leadership;
Conduct analytics to derive actionable insights, build and present compelling cases;
Collaborate with data scientists on predictive models and lead monetization strategies;
Partner independently with external entities to drive rapid innovation and monetization;
Leverage data to identify/optimize key operational E2E transformation roadmaps;
Be a foundational member of a new department, influence and shape its strategy.

What do we expect from you?

Academic Background in one of the following areas: Economics, Business Management, Applied Maths or Engineering;
10+ years of relevant experience in performance management, analytics, and management consultancy areas, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for senior leaders;
Proven track recrd leading data-driven monetization business cases and consequently delivering consequent project benefits;
Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking; strong financial acumen.
Exposure to predictive/prescriptive models and their business applications is a +;
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI). Python/R and AI tech familiarity are a +;
