SENIOR MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES SYSTEMS

⚙ What will you do?

Manage the functional operations of the HRSS department. Responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of HRSS projects supporting all HR functions including Talent, Compensation, HR Administration and Shared Services, Total Rewards, and Payroll.
Manages expectations, and builds functional relationships with key HR peers and stakeholders; including the global team. Manages a PMO governance model to ensure there is a process established to succeed.
Provides first tier support for Group HR Leadership in areas of HR systems and processes.
Accountable for vendor relationships and leads meetings with vendors.
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

🤙 What you´ll need to succeed?:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in a similar role
5 years functional experience with Success Factors Employee Central, Learning, Talent and Performance and most important Compensation.
Experience in HR Filed and familiarity with HR processes
Fluent in English
Project Delivery and Project Management
Problem Solving Skills
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent business facing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal / people skills and with strong customer focus standards
A focus on quality and alignment to Sodexo’s values
