Order Operations Specialist

BitSight is looking to add an Orders Specialist to our fast-growing finance team. In this role, you will be a critical link between the sales and finance teams to optimize the quote to cash process.

Responsibilities:

Review incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines
Process and invoice all orders.
Prepare SaaS renewal quotes within Salesforce CPQ
Assist sales in creating modifications to Salesforce quotes
Lead and assist in special projects as assigned, preparing timely and accurate results
Work with other team members handling credit, collections, and commission administration.

Requirements:

2+ years relevant work experience (Salesforce quoting, order processing, AR, book-keeping)
Salesforce experience required. NetSuite experience is a plus.
Excel experience intermediate or better is required
High tech industry experience with SaaS or subscription revenue model experience
Extreme attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multitask.
Flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment and work load.
Ability to work with demanding sales team
