Architect Assistance to the Project Managers in Design and Tender phases, with the following main tasks:

Assistance for instruction of Licensing Processes and correspondent follow-up with all the competent Authorities, verifying and gathering all necessary documentation;
Understanding and support monitoring of Detail Project development, with close contact with design team(s);
Verification of commercial plans, area schedules and horizontal property drawings;
Responsible to update the data base of new technologies and materials;
Assistance to the interface between legal/finance departments with Design Department;
Responsible for documentation archive.

Professional Background Requirements

Architecture Degree
At least 2-3 years of professional background
Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM Methodology
Urbanistic and architectural laws domain
Excellent cooperation, responsibility, organizational and communication skills
Attention to the Detail
Ability to identify problems and evaluate options;
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture
Proficiency in English.
Ability to meet deadlines
