Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design and Development Engineer at FALL SAFE®. As a Design and Development Engineer, you will be responsible for product design, testing, and research and development (R&D). Your daily tasks will involve designing and improving our catalogue, monitoring certification processes, conducting tests and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Product Design skills
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Portuguese and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the fall protection industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or related field
