Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer/Digital Content Specialist, to contribute to the development and improvement of our solutions. The main roles and responsibilities of this position are:

Graphic Design:

Design and create aesthetic functional graphics.
Support the production of presentation decks.
Maintain consistency among visual elements of the brand.

UX/UI Responsibilities:

Support the company interaction with UX/UI outside agencies.
Communicate design goals, expectations and feedback to internal and external teams.
Set up knowledge transfer sessions between the in-house team and external agencies.
Keep up on industry trends, and the latest UI/UX design best practices.

Social Media Management:

Manage social media channels, creating and curating content.
Schedule and post content across platforms.
Measuring the effectiveness of our communication, analyse social media metrics.

Website and Content Creation:

Website Administrator
Content maintenance.
Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts.
Work with teams for content matching.

Engagement/Analytics:

Respond to inquiries and comments.
Track and evaluate social media results.
Generate reports on key metrics.
Make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements/experience:

Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
Graphic design portfolio.
Working with both internal and external departments.
Knowledge of UX/UI design methods.
Previous social media management experience.
A proven track record of producing engaging content.
Familiarity with website administration tools.
Social media and websites copywriting experience.
Community engagement and response experience in the past.
Analytics experience for social media.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Location

You will be based at our offices in Parque Tecnológico de Óbidos, Portugal. Depending on your location, we facilitate car-sharing options for convenient commuting to the office working days.
