Role Description:

This is a full-time, hybrid role, for a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer’s responsibilities include creating graphics, client proposals, branding, motion graphics, digital and social media materials, and other design elements. This role involves collaborating with team members, mentoring and leading Junior Designers, and using design tools to create high-quality materials. Remote work flexibility is available on Fridays and being present in-office from Monday to Thursday will be required.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in graphic design, branding, and motion graphics.
Experience in digital marketing and social media design.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
Proficient in working with Adobe Creative Suite.
Web Design is a Plus.
Experience in leading a junior design team.
A strong portfolio of relevant work. Agency’s environment experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
