Real Estate Valuer

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Consultancy & Valuation Department with the integration of a Valuer in its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:

Conduct formal property valuations;
Analysis of property portfolios;
Evaluate properties to establish market values and property classifications using internal and external sources;
Visit sites and inspecting properties;
Prepare valuation reports;
Keep up to date with all current regulations, standards, and best practices;
Analysis of territorial planning documentation;

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

A degree in management, engineering or architecture would be an asset;
Complementary and specialized training in real estate appraisals will be valued;
At least 3 year experience in real estate valuation;
General knowledge of the national real estate market as well as real estate valuation methodologies and calculations;
Good knowledge of English;
Good knowledge of Excel;
Certified Real Estate Valuer (CMVM);
