Service Desk

📍 Lisbon (Tagus Park) or Porto (Grijó)

💻 On-site-office

🗣 Proficiency in English and Portuguese (𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲).

These are the essential skills:

o Experience in Office and Windows support;

o Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting;

o Previous experience in similar roles;

o Telephone answering experience;

o Knowledge of operating systems;

o Remote access for troubleshooting end users.

o Helpdesk

o Languages: French (plus)
