Junior Marketing Coordinator

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator at Property Management Portugal, you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, focusing on email marketing, social media management, effective communication, SEO, strategy development, and content production.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our marketing initiatives and grow within a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing and optimizing email templates, managing subscriber lists, email automation and analyzing campaign performance.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Effective Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels. Maintain clear and open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders.
SEO: Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings, conduct keyword research, and optimize content for search engines.
Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive marketing plans.
Content Production: Liaise with the design team to produce online and offline materials, including branded assets and print media. Request and manage the production of image and video assets to support marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, track, and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. Generate reports and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong passion for marketing with a good understanding of email marketing, social media, SEO, and marketing strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Autonomy and proactive attitude.
Ideally native English speaker, with a good level of written Portuguese and Spanish.
