What skills do you need to have?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
English Fluent
Eligible for IEFP Internship (Level 6 – Degree)

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter)
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
