I am partnered with an innovative leader in the healthcare industry, dedicated to revolutionizing diagnostics and point-of-care solutions. As this leader continues to expand their global presence, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Lead for their Diagnostics & Point-of-Care segment.

As the Global Lead of Diagnostics & Point-of-Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies for key innovative and unique products. Additionally, you will set and own yearly and quarterly sales targets and ensure progress is made towards these goals through meticulous management of the sales funnel and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive commercial and marketing strategies for key products within the Diagnostics & Point-of-Care segment.
Set, monitor, and take ownership of annual and quarterly sales targets, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Implement a rigorous sales funnel management process to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cultivate and leverage a strong and relevant network within the Point-of-Care Diagnostics market to identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Demonstrate a successful track record of commercializing products in entrepreneurial, fast-growing companies, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and agile environment.
Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Business Unit.

Requirements/Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a deep understanding of the Point-of-Care Diagnostics market.
Proven leadership experience in a similar Head of Business Unit or senior commercial role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong and extensive network within the Point-of-Care Diagnostics industry.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful commercialization strategies in fast-growing, entrepreneurial companies.
Experience or comfort working in a small company environment with the ability to adapt and drive results.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
A passion for driving top-line growth and profitability.
