We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (French Market)

Who are “We”?

Founded in 2018, notify˙ is a fast-growing martech scale-up. In a marketing ecosystem in full upheaval, notify˙ is positioned as the 1st AI CRM solution for responsible and efficient omnichannel orchestration.

Its proprietary technology allows a brand to send – for each of its customers – the right message, at the right time and on the right channel, and integrates with all marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Adobe, Selligent, Oracle, Braze, Airship, Batch, etc.)

With growth of +50% in the last 12 months and nearly 100 brands supported, notify˙ is stepping up its product development in four areas:

. Artificial Intelligence R&D to identify new algorithmic models for modeling and anticipating customer behavior.

. CRM orchestration: performance optimization, marketing pressure management, reduction of the digital carbon footprint.

. Development of business functionalities for CRM activation of brands.

. System interoperability with all partner solution’s.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the head of the TAM department, you will participate in the technical implementation, launch and monitoring of the use of notify˙. You will ensure that a very high level of execution quality is maintained, primarily guided by the satisfaction of our customers.

You will be in charge of a portfolio of customers with whom you will be in direct contact. Your mission will be to support your customers in their long-term implementation and use needs of notify˙ (customer setup, internal account coordination with the Tech Team and the Customer Sucess Team)

Profile / Backgrounds

You possess a high level of the French language, both oral and written (mandatory requirement).

You know that the digital world requires more and more technical knowledge and you have a learning capacity that allows you to quickly assimilate this new information. You have worked for or with a CRM marketing platform (Salesforce, Selligent, Adobe Campaign…).

You possess technical knowledge in:

– MySQL;

– HTML;

You have a pronounced taste for creating new solution and have a curious mind, you have the ability to creatively find solutions and solve problems.

You are methodical, rigorous and organized.

You have an excellent relationship with your peers and are teamwork oriented.

Expected qualities:

You have good analytical skills, a strong sense of team communication, you are organized and have a great capacity for synthesis.

Your curiosity, your openness and your sense of humor will be welcome within the notify˙ team.
