Plexus has partnered with a Web3 start-up building customisable Layer 2 solutions to scale blockchains.

The company is well funded and has strong runway. They are looking for a Head of Marketing, details below:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
Curate a compelling brand narrative and drive the development and evolution of their brand identity
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to maximise conversion rates on qualified leads
Develop and manage both digital marketing and PR campaigns to maximise ROI and generate positive media coverage and brand exposure

Requirements:

3+ years in a marketing leadership role, with proven success propelling a company to a solid market position through your strategy
Deep understanding of the crypto/web3 space, blockchain technology and related marketing strategies
Creative and brand orientated mindset, accompanied with excellent leadership skills
Batchelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in marketing, business or related fields

$150K – $210K + tokens (open to fiat or crypto)
