Job Description

As an Automotive Technical Expert with Foreign Language Skills (or the motivation to learn), you will play a crucial role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilizing your automotive technical knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to Mercedes-Benz network.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in overall technical topics in the cars and identify solutions.
Contact with foreign languages, such as German, French, Italian, Polish,…. and others. Any previous language knowledge is considered a plus, training is provided.
Staying updated with the latest car industry trends and advancements, continuously enhancing your skills through ongoing training and development initiatives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

Automative Technical knowledge or/and experience in the automotive industry.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
Effective communication skills in English. Fluency in foreign languages is a plus (e.g. German, French, Italian, Polish etc.).
A proactive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
A continuous improvement mindset, always striving for excellence.
Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new technologies and processes.
