What are you going to do?

• Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure;

• Manage Active Directory and Group Policies;

• Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM;

• Manage Microsoft Teams administration and PSTN connections with our partner;

• Ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure;

• Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity;

• Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data, voice, and collaboration infrastructure;

• Ensure high availability for all end-user computing;

• Assist with planning and implementation of systems and network integrations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field;

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering;

• Highly experienced generalist in Microsoft technologies;

• Expert level understanding of Active Directory management and group policies;

• Expert level with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and SCCM;

• Experience with Canon Uniflow (it’s a plus);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Fluency in English.
