Telemarketer (Brazilian Portuguese Speaker – Porto based)

We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Telemarketer (fixed-term contract/working on a project) to join our fast-growing team in our Porto office.

Field of responsibility:

• Call customers and potential customers to present products and offers;

• Recommend products and services based on customers’ needs;

• Take notes and record feedback;

• Answer potential customers’ queries via phone or WhatsApp;

• Deal with complaints or doubts regarding the service;

• Meet company goals.

The role and required skills:

We are looking for a communicative, self-motivated Brazilian with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is keen on learning new things. The position is based in our Porto office and is project work (defined duration contract).

Essential skills for the candidate:

Portuguese (Brazilian) speaker;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Working knowledge of MS Office or similar;
Availability to work during weekends;
iGaming industry knowledge would be a plus.
