OptylonKrea is an investment management and real estate development company that caters to the needs of international GoldenVisa investors. With €1.7 Billion managed to date. We are currently operating in Portugal and Turkey. We have been the first to explore the Golden Visa eligible fund route in 2018 and we are currently leading that market segment with more than 200M under our advisory. In Portugal we have more than 100,000sqm under development across the country. We are planning to expand and revolutionize the branded apartment industry with an ambitious and international project to be launched soon.

Head of Marketing

Profile:

Higher education in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or Management
Previous professional experience in a similar role, in multinational and multicultural company, ideally also working in a fast paced environment
Previous professional experience ideally in real estate fund management and in hospitality sectors
Good track record of proven tangible results through the marketing activities
Experience with Hubspot, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office and social media management
Preferably Native English and Portuguese speaker(other languages are a plus) and based in Lisbon

What is your mission:

Define and coordinate the marketing strategy of the company in general to implement it to the lifestyle and golden visa products in Portugal and other countries.
Preparing yearly marketing budget together with CCO for achieving annual results and executing the budget throughout the year.
Defining marketing recruitment needs and balancing it with outsource support.
Executing social media, PR activities, web design/revisions, offline marketing materials production
Managing content creation, copy writing and editing the online & offline marketing materials (newsletter, interview, opinion articles, presentations, brochures…etc.)
Competition analysis of the related markets on marketing perspective
Giving periodic reports on the marketing activities with tangible indicators
Working with digital marketing manager and sales team to optimize the sales results
Allocate resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals
Liaises and coordinates LS and Ando Marketing teams
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, webpages and promotional material)
